NBR: DIY gel nails?

Anyone have suggestions or experience with those at home gel nail kits like Sally Hansen or something else? My friend swears by one she got from Sally beauty supply. I'm looking for a more cost effective way of keeping my nails up bc as a working mom I don't have the time to go to the salon regularly plus I hate the expense. Thanks for the advice!

I have that one, and I like it. I got the drying light on amazon for around $100 a few years ago. I used to do it regularly, and definitely more than enough to pay for the light and the kit before babies, but I can't remember the last time I had it out now.

Be sure to do research. Some of the lights are LED some are Uv make sure you use the correct polish to go with the correct light or the Polish will stay tacky.

Sally Hansen actually just came out with a gel polish that doesn't require a light. I'd also bet you could get the CND weekly polish at a beauty supply.

I use jamberries. Super cute and very very easy.
