Any suggestions on how you get your water down? I generally don't like the taste of water, and the filtered water at my house is NASTY!!! Last pregnancy I drank crystal light all the time in my water, but now I just read that I shouldn't drink it while pregnant because the aspartame. I was thinking on trying those Special K protein water mixes, but I think they are kinda expensive. I don't want to have to drink a new bottle of water each time either, cuz that's also expensive. I dunno. I also need to make sure I'm not drinking a lot of sugary drinks. Any advice would be great!

for me, I just make it really really cold - I put a ton of ice cubes in there.
Instead of Crystal Light I have been making Kool Aid but with Splenda instead of sugar. The packets are cheap and you can buy a ton of different flavors. Hope that helps.
(1) Invest in a GOOD water filter. Either an under the sink one, or just a Brita (and change the filter regularly)
(2) Keep your water cold -- it tastes better that way
(3) Dilute juices with club soda and drink that instead of plain water
(4) Flavor your water with lemon, cucumber, lime, peppermint, etc.
(5) I've heard some women use koolaid in place of crystal light since it uses real sugar (or at least corn syrup, I'm not sure which)
