I completely see why it doesn't make sense to you, but it still does to me. I don't want to have a list of me-specific things to worry about. I want them to do what they know. Like I said, I did research and it is not a big enough issue for me to push. I will push if I come across issues that I think are big enough deals for me to.

I would rather DS2 get the cord blood immediately, after birth, when I'm sure it will benefit him, than bank it (privately or publicly) for some remote possibility he may be able to use it in the future.
