Meal Planning Tuesday

So what is on your menu for this week? Here is what I have planned....

Sunday - marinated turkey breast on the grill, pasta dish, corn and salad
Monday - chicken on the rod w/ pepper relish & garlic sauce, Syrian bread, rice, and tom & cucumber salad and corn
Tuesday - leftovers
Wednesday - leftovers
Thursday - pork tenderloin w/ pan sauce (pinterest), roasted potatoes, corn & salad
Friday - IDK.....maybe something with beef...

Tuesday- chicken enchiladas and corn
Weds- spaghetti pie and broccoli
Thurs- chicken thighs, potatoes and green beans
Fri- DH is home so he is cooking
Sat- family reunion so picnic type food

M: Sausage and veggie pasta bake

T: Roast spicy chicken legs, sweet potatoes, green beans

W: Brats and corn on the grill, edamame

Th: Asian crock pot chicken over quinoa, spinach salad

F: Out to dinner

My husband is out of town for work, so yesterday we had crock pot beef stew. We will have it again tonight, and judging by the amount of leftovers, probably tomorrow too. Spaghetti with meatballs the next night and some frozen mac and cheese with broccoli after that. Saturday we're having a bumpie GTG, so the H and kids are on their own with delivery pizza!

chicken & dumplings and beef burgundy sounds good! Might have to borrow those for next week.
