FTM, 33w1d. My main first trimester symptom was dizziness, and it's back! I'm not dehydrated. I drink at least 10 glasses of water a day! Plus 1-2 glasses of gatorade (as mom suggested). I have minimized my caffeine & sodium intake (no soda, coffee, tea. very little canned food, lunch meat, or anything salty). I'm at a healthy weight, bp, everything. Is this normal? I can barely stand some times much less walk. It started around week 30 and has gotten progressively worse.
Is anyone else getting really dizzy? Or are you experiencing any of your first trimester symptoms just like you were in your 1st trimester?
**The updated app on my phone won't open, so I haven't been on in a while. I did do a search, but came up with nothing (most results were on the 1st trimester board). I apologize if this is a repeat thread.
Didn't your mother teach you, "If you can't say something nice, then don't say anything at all." Let's all (me too) try to remember this. Thank you.
Depression is ugly. Depression without meds is uglier. Robin Williams would agree with me.
Re: Dizziness (or first trimester problems)?
As for the dizziness, yes, I'm frequently dizzy and have been since the first tri. My doctor said that my blood pressure sometimes drops and that's what caused my fainting spells. He said there was nothing to really do about it but make sure that I am not standing for long periods of time, so that I don't fall.
