TTC After a Loss

****Healthy-Living Check-in****

Hope your week has been awesome ladies!!!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We are a group of women striving to live healthier lives, whether that means losing weight, gaining weight, sticking to a specific diet, counting calories, avoiding counting calories, starting to exercise, continuing to exercise or anything in between.
We check in on Mondays and follow up with an accountability on Fridays (our favorite post of the week, because we love encouraging each other and celebrating all our successes!).
Many of us are using MyFitnessPal to keep track of our eating and our exercise. MFP is a great tool to keep yourself accountable, and because it is set up as a social network site, we can cheer you on there as well as here. If you are using MFP and have not found us yet, let us know so we can friend you!
So, let's hear it... what worked well this week for you? What didn't? If you're new, jump on in - we'd love to have you on this journey with us!
Re: ****Healthy-Living Check-in****
  • I did better with snacks this week!
    But I also didn't manage to get any bike riding in, though I did do Just Dance games and a lot of swimming.
    Dinners have been weird with my husband's work schedule, but with next week's camping trip and lots of healthy meals planned, it should be a much better week!
    I hope everyone has a happy and healthy weekend!
    We met in middle school. We got married 15 years later in a February blizzard of 2010.
  • I burned calories everyday and kept my calorie allotment as close to the good side as possible. I lost a little as of this morning, but I'm disappointed that I didn't lose more.
    Today I did another intense workout with my sister- that's two this week. Oh and my biggest feeling of success was yesterday when I moved onto C25K week 3 and jogged for three minutes straight without feeling like I had to fall down due to lack of air.
    I think I need to work on not eating the calories I burn just because I have them. Although I did make 1-2-3 cake which is only 81 calories and that was worth it!
    Have a great weekend ladies! Best wishes!
  • Just got home from a week at the beach. I'm afraid to step on the scale tomorrow but I need to in order to get back on track from a week of eating and drinking. Missed you girls!
