I'm so bummed today. DS was diagnosed with a peanut allergy when he was 18 months old. We had some blood work done, and his reaction has increased 10 times from the last test that was done 4 years ago (he's 13). On top of it, LO had broken out in hives around her mouth after eating scrambled eggs. I had her tested today, and she tested positive for an egg allergy. Now 2 out of my 3 kids have EpiPens! The doctor said a predisposition to food allergies runs in families, but that family members are not always allergic to the same thing. He tested her for peanuts, and that was negative.
