I know 99% of the female population has lopsided breasts. Very rarely is anything completely even. But has anyone created a noticeable difference by only nursing on one side?
K only nurses on my left side pretty much. It has a stronger let down. My right side still makes milk but she isn't thrilled with it. So I just gave up offering it a few months ago. I will maybe once a week now.
Well this has created a HUGE difference in my boobs. Not the smartest idea on my part. It's a three cup size difference. People notice too.
So my question is does anyone think I can fix this? Just offer the right side more? Is it just too far gone? Weaning is no where in our future.
Please help my boobies.
Re: Lopsided breastfeeding
Lately, what I've been doing is offering both breasts when I can; I just whip them both out and he goes from boob to boob. Doing this has helped a little bit, but my left has been the super producer from day one. At the very least I would think that they would go back to normal once you wean (which probably isn't reassuring if that's not happening anytime soon).
Sorry I can't offer more advice!

I would start offering the right one as well. Always start with it and also as PP mentioned, I've started offering both and basically he goes back and forth between both, even though he'll often settle on leftie when he's falling asleep, though not necessarily.
And in the meantime, stuffing your bra is something I would probably do as well...
