For just cramping at 6w1d? It hurts pretty badly. No spotting or anything though.

    I think I have read that you should go in if the cramps have you doubled over in pain or if you can't walk because of them. Maybe call your OB's service and leave a message? I had a lot of stretching-type cramps around 6 weeks.

    Yep like PP said I'd call your dr if nothing else for some reassurance. I think I was supposed to call if I had more than mild cramping or cramps that were constant vs off and on, sounds like yours are more than mild. But cramping that early can be totally normal!

    Call dr, especially if it seems to be radiating to one side... Or hard time walking..I had like period cramps at this time.

    I would definitely call. They told me any pain or bleeding to give them a call.
