Health and Fitness Check-in?

Is anyone interested in starting one up again? I'm setting goals and making a plan this weekend, starting to live a little healthier and hopefully shed the baby weight and tone up. I thought I'd see if anyone would appreciate a check-in right now:)

    Yes! I am only up 5-8 lbs but I fear if I don't have something to motivate me, it will just get worse.

    I would love to do some 30 day challenges since those seem to fit into my schedule the best.

  • I have been so depressed that I am up about 6lbs from normal. I am good with exercising, I just need to stop eating!

    Diagnosed with Severe Ashermans 
    Hysteroscopy #10 - scar tissue grew back reblocking my right tube
    #11 or IVF with scarring still inside?
    1 lone embryo from September 2016 retreival, dx with Trisomy 16, starting fresh

  • Count me in too! I've been exercising, but am still eating entirely too much, so I'm not seeing the weight loss I should.

  • I'm game! I actually made an appointment with my PCP to get my thyroid checked because I'm struggling with the last 5 pounds, but truthfully I think I'm just not active enough :( would love to see some idea for quick 20-30 minute workouts!

    I just decided to do this one. It's Aug 1st, perfect day to start!

    I have done this one before. I is pretty easy, but makes you sweat.
    That is what I was hoping for! Although the 100 sec plank is a little intimidating. My max is a minute and I was starting to shake.

  • I am loving the spitfire athlete app right now. Quick workouts that I can do with the kid around. With full time work and school I am in a constant struggle with eating too much.

  • I'm in!! I have big goals to get my body back! I've been doing 30DS since I was cleared 2 weeks ago. I'm eating as if I still have GD and it's really helping me drop the weight that was leftover from Nola! When I'm done with 30DS I'm going to start PiYo!

  • I'd love to do this!  I was doing really great with tracking my calories and exercising everyday, then I got swamped at work ....
    I would love a check in to keep me more accountable.

  • I like the 2 day a week checks, I know it is going to be way harder for me to work out this fall/winter because I can't drop the kids at the gym until January (kids must be 6 months for our club care) and I can't run until DH gets home from work to watch #2. Hopefully this helps!

  • I'm in. I started Ripped in 30 on Monday and so far I like it. I was also attempting to cut out soda and it's not going very well. It's one a day and I don't drink coffee, but I still feel like I should stop. I'm just a wuss when it comes to the caffeine headache.

  • I'm in!  I love the 2 day a week check in idea too.  It's so hard to wait an entire week to check back in again.  I need the extra talking to keep me going! 
    I'm getting ready to start BodyRocking again.  They have the 30 day transformation challenge that recently started and I'm going to start day one Monday.  I saw amazing results from the first 30 day challenge of theirs I did so I'm keeping on it.   Diet is the hardest thing for me to change.  I seriously need to just commit to it and I know I'd see much better results.

  • Yes! I can't wait to loose the baby weight! I won't be cleared to exercise for at least another month but I can start with the healthy eating aspect!

  • I'm in! We are on week 5 of T25 but I've started doing the modifier because of the pregnancy. I'm hoping to continue to the Beta round next week. We will see how it goes!
