FF ? - printing chart

I have an appt w/ my gyn on Tuesday and I want to bring my charts. I also want to be able to show the notes I made on certain days if possible. I'm having a long cycle (today is day 57) and a couple times I had pink spotting, today there was some brown spotting, and I noted it on the chart when it happend. Does anyone know if there is a way to do that? I'm going to play around w/ it a bit more but I figured here is a good place to ask! Thanks!!
