Difficulty going to sleep=4 mo sleep regression?

DD2 has been taking 2-3hrs to settle down for the night for the past few nights. Once she falls asleep, she sleeps all night or wakes once to nurse, which is normal for her. Her naps have been normal. Could this be the 4 mo sleep regression?
