Hooray for progress!   And good on you for losing the 5 lbs!   I wish stress had that affect on me :)

We are currently weighing our IVF options as well...   just curious if it normally takes a few months to get everything going or if there are more test, etc you will be doing?

We are thinking we would like to try for ER in October, but not sure how far in advance we need to figure out exactly what our plan is (may be using a different RE that is out of town but less expensive).

    Fingers crossed for you!

  • @Hpearl‌ our RE protocol is to be on BCP's the cycle before stimming. There is also some baseline testing to be done. They came up with this timeline based on when I expect my next cycle to begin, which should be around August 7. They threw a lot of information at me today after I had worked 4 midnight shifts in a row so I was a little foggy at the appointment, so I hope I didn't misunderstand anything. I'll be doing a lot more research now though!

It is definitely overwhelming! Just take it one day at a time, and get organized about your meds and appts. You could also join the ivf cycling group here as you get closer.
