I am cautiously excited to finally be pregnant!! I am 3 days shy of my 35th birthday and my H is a couple weeks from 38 and we just got a BFP from IVF #1 last week! Our only known issue is MFI and we had 8 unsuccessful IUIs. Our IVF was pretty rocky because I stimmed fast in just 7 days and we ended up with 16 eggs but only 9 were mature and only 6 fertilized but of those only 3 were normal. One arrested at the 3 cell stage and we put back an 8 cell grade 2 and an 8 cell grade 4. We ended up with nothing to freeze. I wasn't very hopeful but got a huge surprise when I started getting BFP on HPTs at 8dp3dt!! I almost fell over and was shaking like crazy. I have had 4 good betas with good doubling time so it is becoming more real!! I have my first US on 8/8. My nurse said it is possible that they both took but I don't think my betas are quite high enough for that but I guess you never know.
So excited to be joining you ladies and I want to thank those of you who were supportive on my post here while waiting for my beta. I was so stressed and so many of you took the time to reassure me that a BFP was possible!

Dx MFI with low to normal count, low motility, morphology 3%
HSG normal, ultrasound and labs on me all normal.
1 cycle of Clomid 50mg and TI, unmonitored by OBGYN= BFN
1 cycle of Clomid 50mg and IUI, unmonitored by OBGYN= BFN
Started seeing an RE!!
2 more cycles of clomid 50mg (great response), with IUI and Pregnyl trigger (4.8-8 mil good ones after wash) = all BFN
1 cycle of clomid 50mg (3-7) followed by Follistim 75iu (7-11) + IUI = BFN
December 2013 DH saw urologist and is taking Anastrozole, CoQ10, and L-Carnitine
IUI #5 natural cycle (needed a med break) = BFN
IUI #6 Follistim 75iu (CD3-10) + Pregnyl (CD11) + IUI (final count after wash 300K) = BFN
IUI #7 Follistim 75iu (CD3-9) + Pregnyl (CD11) + IUI on 2/20 (post wash count 12.5 million)= BFN
IUI cancelled (DH OOT) Clomid 50mg (CD3-7) 1 follicle +(not well timed) TI = BFN
IUI #8 and last one!! Clomid 100mg (CD3-7) +OPK before US + IUI 4/17 (post wash 8.5 mil)= BFN
Pre-IVF testing complete! SHG great and measurements taken! Labs for infectious diseases completed, FSH (5.4), TSH (1.6), Prolactin (11), AMH (2.6), Estradiol (40).
Started BCP 5/29 and Lupron 6/11 prep for IVF #1! Started follistim 225u/day on 6/28. Monitoring on 7/2 >15 follicles measuring 11-14, E2 758. Monitoring on 7/5 all ready to go!! Great follicle sizes and lining is at 9. Tigger 7/5, ER 7/7 16R 9M 3F. Stimmed too fast in just 7 days. 7/10 3dt of 2 8-cell grade 2 & 4. 7/14 P4 >60.

FET#2 August: delayed due to thin lining (6.3). Took a few months off to try and thicken the lining with lots of estrodial. FET#2.2 December: Cancelled due to thin lining (4.8). Two frosties left.
*New RE* Sonohystrogram and hystereoscopy done in Feb.
IVF #2: ER 3/4/14 ET 3/7/14, transferred 3, 3 day 9 cell perfect embryos. No frosties.

First ultrasound on 4/3/14 showed 3 sacs: one empty and two with beating hearts!! At 7w2d, found out that one baby did not have a heartbeat anymore. Praying that baby B makes it. Baby B is a girl!

Decided to do IVF... Began stimming on September 10th! Egg Retrieval 9/20/13. 19 eggs: 6 to mature to freeze after 6 fertilized with ICSI
3 morula stage embryos transferred on 9/25/13.....Beta #1 on 10/4/13/ = 7.5 Beta #2 on 10/6/13 = negative
IVF#2 - Lupron plan (set to begin on 10/28/13) (Planning on thawing and fertilizing our 6 eggs with ICSI as well as all of the mature eggs they retrieve with this fresh cycle.)
Late October 2013 - ectopic pregnancy - methotrexate injection....benched 3 months
CD1 - 12/5/13...Lupron set to start on 12/26/13; CD1 - 1/2/14....Baseline 1/3/14....begin follistim tonight and continue with lupron. (Got my calendar today! IVF#2 is a go!)
ER = 1/14/14 (11 eggs....9 were mature. 9 fertilized. Of the 6 mature eggs we thawed, only 4 fertilized. At this time, we have 13 eggs fertilized and growing. Waiting for news about a 3-day or 5-day transfer.)
ET = 1/19/14 (5dt).....3 blastocysts transferred! (All nine embryos didn't make it to freeze. =( )

3 endometrial biopsies all were "out of phase"
September - December, 2013: Break to lose weight and get healthy
40 lb weight loss but still not ovulating "in phase"
February - March 2014: bcps + follistim + trigger + TI = BFP
Beta #1 (12dpo): 30; Beta #2 (18dpo): 500; Beta #3 (25dpo): 7,000!!!
1st u/s 4/16: One beautiful hb at 144 bmp
2nd u/s 4/29: hb at 166 bmp. Graduated from RE!!
