Good god! I'm dying here from the constant burning in the back of my throat. I figure I'm having a hairy baby lol.

    Ha - that is an adorable picture. Hope your heartburn gets better! Are you taking anything? I've had reflux since I was in junior high and take omeprazole daily. It works wonders! No more having heartburn no matter what I do or don't eat/drink.

    hahahaa. i read (on the internet) that apples are a natural remedy....from what i can tell, and i'm having awful heartburn too, it gives me some relief. or, it's just a snack that doesn't give me heartburn. either way i am into apples right now.

    My DH swears by a tablespoon of yellow mustard. He said it works way better than any of the over the counter meds.
