If I go to Target one more time, I will scream!
Any ideas or things that you do to beat the winter bla's?
We hit malls, stores, library, friends/family for playdates, indoor zoo, indoor rec center to go swimming, and we participate in one "paid" activity each week.....but we are going nuts of doing the SAME thing! Anything different that you do? My DS is 20 months and I think is feeling so cooped up too!
TIA!
Re: ideas to not be cooped-up this winter?
DS goes to daycare 2 days a week.
The other days we do the gym for me in the morning - he loves the daycare there - or a class (we are doing My Gym now which is nice because they have open gym a few other times during the week). After his nap each day we either do a playdate/MOMS club activity, sledding if it isn't too cold, errands, or indoor playspaces nearby.
We also have a membership to the Children's Museum so do that. Occassionally we do the Aquarium or Science Museum. We eat lunch out together a few days a week.
I try to be out of the house as much as possible - weather permitting.
