? about Target coupons - how do you get them?

I have only received coupons from Target once.  How do you sign up?  I don't want their credit card since I never remember to pay my store cards which is REALLY bad of me!

I only get them in the mail once in a while but you can also print some out online.

I have gotten them 3 differant times last time was a few mos ago and the all expired in Nov.  I dont know how I got on the mailing list for them.  Also before you use fill a cup make sure your store takes printed ones mine will not take them anymore.
