Baby brezza kettle

How long can the water stay in the baby brezza kettle?
Is it like 12 or 24 hrs? I couldn't find anything on the instructions.
I just bought it yesterday.

I keep water in the reservoir for quite a whole. We use filtered water and actually drink water warm so it is no different than if we were making a bottle with water from that pitcher. Since we don't make a ton of bottles we just don't fill it up all the way.
