Pregnancy Test Question

I took a test on 7/8, and it came back faint positive. I took another test on 7/10, it came back the same way. I was told that no matter what it's positive.  

I've had: -morning sickness, past 4 weeks

-breast tenderness

-frequent urination

-increased in appetite
