So that's why I will take your time and introduce myself!
I don't believe my life is that different from others, but everything I do I go all in. I married my high-school sweetheart, and after 14 years together and 7 years of marriage, we are going to try to add a human to our family. I spend my time working, taking care of our home, and our rescue American Pit Bull Terrier fur kid Sassafrass. I love music, working out (training) and fueling (eating), but also love laughing, napping and breathing in what I've earned. I have Celiac disease, was diagnosed with that five years ago after 18 months of not knowing (collecting poop, blood draws, and two rounds of endoscopy/colonoscopy FTW!) but it doesn't bother me. I am pretty intense, but still managed to be laid back, that makes sense since I am bi-polar. I've been managing that like a boss that since I was 16, but I'm unlucky enough to have anxiety. Being bi-polar and having Celiac are what make me a stronger, more aware person. I'm very in sync with my body. Anxiety, well that can just go take a long walk off a short pier. TTGP may ruin me because of how hard it is to shut my brain up, bless my husband in advance for supporting me.
That gets me to where I am currently. I was on the pill for 14 years with no issues. However, my last period was May 27th so clearly my body is confused. I've had no positive tests for ovulation or pregnancy in 52 days, and I have a consult with my OB on the 28th. I started charting in July, and look forward to obsessing over more numbers since I already do that for my diet and exercise. =]
I look forward to connecting with others to share in our collective human experience. I believe everyone is special and one of a kind, and should be treated as such. Thanks for reading!
That's Kristine with a K...because I'm special.
