Special Gift for a Special Friend... suggestions please.

I have been on the hunt for a Gift for my Girl Friend who has helped our little family out more that anyone will ever know. My daughter's first birthday is coming up and I am looking for a really nice gift as kind of a Thank you to her.

We have an exceptionally small family unit and outside of my husband she has been my right hand man!

Any ideas?

    Maybe one of those of-the-month clubs where the gift keeps on giving? I know some of the websites have tons of different options like wine-of-the-month, chips and salsa-of-the-month, chocolates-of-the-month.  I always thought those were very nice.

    Or a day at the spa? Sounds like she could use some pampering for all of her hard work.  :)
