I'm a little late but OMG WTF co-worker.....When I explained my necessity for a c-section due to risk of uterine rupture, that was not an invitation to ramble on and on about how your family member had that happen and required a blood transfusion, and ended up getting a hysterectomy during the c-section, and nearly died. You're so comforting!
