Or tell me what to try treating it with.
dd2 had this (or something similar) on her butt when I took her in about her fever and the doctor said to use butt paste. Clearly I can't cover her body in butt paste and her fever is gone. This just showed up like an hour ago.

DD is getting over Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease. She had a fever for a day, a rash like your DD's, then broke out in blisters. I'm not saying that's for sure it, but the rash looks very similar.

Ugh I know people around here have had it too. Doctor didn't say anything about it though and I don't see blisters? Did the fever break before the blisters?

roseola?  Usually a fever followed by an all over rash.

Yes, she had a fever all day (last) Monday, a slight fever Tuesday, a rash that broke out Wednesday, then blisters on her soles and hands on Thursday.

How is she acting/feeling? If she is feeling fine, I vote roseola. If she is still acting sick, I vote HFM.

The rash is gone? And she seems like herself. Only work three times last night so I feel pretty lucky.
