So i dont think july is going to be my month. But its a good reason.

DH works with his uncle and they are the only two in the department. If your curious they repair and deliver lifts to pipe fitters installing sprinkler systems. Well Uncle has been in kidney failure and was a week out from reciving his dialysis pump. On the 4th the hospital called and said they had a kidney for him. YAY! Uncle had his transplant on sunday morning and is now out of work for 6 weeks at the earliest.

Now hubs is doing a two man job by himself and its going to run him ragged. He was an hour late getting home and he fell asleep at 8 pm. So i dont think a BFP is in the cards this month. I'm still temping so i can see my cycle.

Maybe im just whining and need to get over it. There are so many people waiting for transplants and uncle got one. Im going to stay positive because now uncle gets to see his 6 year old grow up.

Edit because i wrote something very wrong and should have known better. Thanks @ellyd14 for calling me on it.

That's disgusting and nothing to joke about. How does anyone even think that's an okay thing to say, joking or not?

I think you're right to try and focus on being happy for your H's uncle. I'm sorry you're feeling "out" already this month. BUT may I suggest editing your wording? It really rubs me the wrong way that you seem to joke about "raping" your H.

I wasnt trying to come off as bratty at all. Sorry if thats the way my post came across. I am VERY VERY happy for our Uncle. I was just trying to say that with H taking all the responsibility at work im backing off on ttc because he is so tired and has so much going on that i want to relieve some of his stress.

Are you serious? Way to go, trooper, being positive about your uncle living!!

You are on your second cycle TTC and whining that your uncle's kidney transplant is (possibly) messing with your timing?

Without even getting into the edited comment, this whole entitled whine is one you might have kept to yourself.

Maybe it's time to reevaluate your priorities and get rid of the selfishness and cut your H some slack. Someone in your family has just been granted the ability to have a longer life and the only thing that comes to mind is you're sad that you can't have a baby this month?!
