Costume party help

We are going to be visiting my parents that live in Vegas in a couple of weeks. While we are there one of my cousins that also lives there will be turning 50. Her kids are throwing her a big party. It's a celebrity theme so everyone is supposed to dressed as a celebrity. I hate theme parties but I'm going with the flow. I need help on what dress as. The kids are also invited. They are 6,3,and 6 months. I'm open to any ideas as a whole family or each of us individually.
