Stroller cooling pads

With this stupid Hawaii humidity, DD is so sweaty. I know lots of u recommended the frog toggs, but I was wondering does anyone have a stroller cooling pad/liner. I seen the Meeno babies liner and the Geleeo cooling pads. Any Insight/thoughts?
