A small win, but we'll take it (D&E update)

Finally something worked out in this process! As of 9am this morning I was being told that I could not actually be seen for my D&E on Monday and would have to in fact wait until Tuesday. I made sure to not eat or drink anything after midnight in hopes that somehow, some way I would may be able to get the D&E done today. After pleading with my RE and his fellow and a lot of back and forth calls, I received a call at 11am to rush down to the hospital so they could squeeze me in! Its a small win, but we'll take it. Luckily they moved the procedure up to today because I began spotting earlier today. 

All went well with the D&E and they were able to do the Natera testing, which should come back in about a week. I'm back home resting comfortably and am not really in any pain. Thank you ladies for your warm welcome back to TTCAL and all of your big squishy hugs today. I'm so fortunate for all of you!

    I'm so glad they were able to squeeze you in today and get the testing done. Take care of yourself, hope you have a speedy recovery. And bc you can never have too many.... (((Hugs))) >:D<

    BFP#2 8/25/2013 MC confirmed 10/16/2013 @ 12 wks (D&C 10/18)

    Diagnosis: unexplained RPL, unexplained IF.

    Also have hypothyroidism

    Started TTC again 12/2013

     

    IUI#1:Clomid CD 3-7, Trigger'ed CD 12. IUI CD 14. BFN

    IUI #2:Letrozole CD 3 - 7, Follistim CD 9, Trigger CD 10, IUI CD12. BFN

    Current plan: IVF with PGD. Antagonist - Vivelle Protocal. Stim start 12/1. ER 12/14.

    So glad that you didn't have to wait through the weekend. I hope you can rest and relax this weekend. Sending you more ((hugs)), I hope you get answers from the test to make a plan moving forward.
