Pain in breast

Have any of experienced a twinge-like, sharp pain in your breasts? Are my boobs getting ready for milk??

    I have. I know the feeling I get is from milk preparation since I've felt it before. With my first, I think it was part growing pains

    I press firmly where it hurts and it normally causes me to leak but relieves the pain
