Should i be concerned?

I'm 17 weeks tomorrow and i've been experiencing abdominal pain, it's not horrible but very uncomfortable. Not sure if this is just round ligament pain or something else? My last appt was at 15 weeks, we heard the baby's strong heartbeat i'm a FTM and i can't stop thinking about miscarriages. I need advice!!! My next appt is in a week and i'm so scared something's wrong with my baby

Re: Should i be concerned?

  • If you are concerned call your doctor.

  • If you are worried- call your dr. Trust your gut and give yourself the opportunity to be assured that all is well. In the mean time, up your h2o and rest if you can. I bought a 32oz bottle to keep with me all the time to make sure I'm drinking enough.

  • Pain is pretty common at this stage since everything is growing and stretching, however to be safe I would call and check. I had some pain last week the night before my 16 week appointment, I let the nurse know as soon as I got in and she had my OB check my cervix just to be extra sure it wasn't anything dangerous. You can't be too careful
