Has anyone broke out the maternity pants yet? I pulled my old jeans today, and I'm only 7w1d! I can't stand having my regular jeans digging into my blump!
Not yet, but I imagine by the end of August when I go back to work I will have them on. Right now things are fine, but the past few days, my buttons have started straining. I am 7w3d.
This is my 5th pregnancy & my last was in August. For lack of a better term, I'm all loose and flabby. Pair that with the bloat & existing tummy pudge that's being pushed up, it just doesn't look good.
I look forward to being able to come out of the maternity closet.
I have, I can not even button my "fat pants" anymore, so I have broken out the bella bands for my work pants, and am wearing maternity capris and shorts on the weekend already.
I think my abs are still just shot from DS and the bloat has taken over early.
Yes, I tried them on and it was heavenly. I have a water bloat blump right now, and the mat pants are better than my regular jeans that give me that fatty-fatty roll look.
I've been avoiding mine for now and still just living in dresses/skirts/sweatpants. Some days I feel enormous and other days I feel pretty normal, so I don't think it's time yet. Once I get through my u/s on Thursday I think I'll be more inclined to break them out again.

Uh, yep. I'm currently wearing maternity yoga shorts with a maternity tank. I'm already looking pregnant with this blump, and I gave up on most regular clothes two weeks ago. I'll be 9 weeks on Wednesday.
Nope! I only had one pair of maternity jeans and they were extremely uncomfortable. Right now, I am rocking the foldover skirt when I need to go places. Super comfortable! Fortunately, my non-maternity shorts have not gotten too snug yet. Hoping to make it through the bulk of the summer without needing a belly band or maternity clothes.
Today is the first day I've worn maternity pants to work. I have zero stomach muscles since this is my third pregnancy, so I have a noticeable blump already. I can't even come close to buttoning my work pants and the belly band annoys me, so I bit the bullet. It's way more comfortable. I can still fit in to my "fat" jeans, but that doesn't do me much good during the week.
I have worn a maternity top or two just because they are more forgiving, but I haven't rocked the maternity pants yet. Most of my maternity clothes are fall stuff so I'm trying to hold off until the weather gets more appropriate.
I'm glad I'm not the only one hahaha. If I could wear dress and skirts to work I would but it's only jeans or dress pants :-(. I hate my maternity pant and I think I might so buy a new pair already!
I was wondering about Maternity clothes. I am 7w2d andd ahhh BLOATED!! Can barely even fit into clothes, I don't want to squeeze too much....I guess for now yoga pants...trying to keep it hidden at work still....
I have not broken out the maternity gear yet. I only put it away ONE MONTH before my BFP lol. I get away with it though since I'm SAH so my daily uniform is yoga pants around the house. I actually refuse to LEAVE the house in yoga pants tho. Weird quirk of mine, I really dont care who else does it.. I'm just super self conscious like that lol
I pulled out my maternity shorts, my regular shorts wouldn't have fit me pre-BFP anyways, so I figured why not.
I'm done work for the summer so I'm just living in my yoga pants/capris for now. If I go out, I try still pull on a pair of my regular capris (just not for too long or else they start to feel tight!). I don't like going out with yoga pants on either!
Not yet. 9 weeks tomorrow. Most of mine are fall/winter since I popped late with DS so I don't have anything seasonally appropriate anyway. My shorts are still fitting okay though they are a little tight on the days that bloat is really bad. I'm hoping to be able to get away with fold-over skirts (just ordered a couple from Old Navy that are super cute and comfy), etc for the summer. I go back to work on August 4 though, so we'll see. I'll be far enough along by then that I will announce to coworkers right away, so I won't have to hide being in maternity clothes if I need to wear them then.
We just reorganized our garage a couple of weeks ago and my storage tub of maternity clothes was in the corner. We were putting stuff up in the rafters and DH asked if I wanted him to put those up. I looked at him like.. uhh, sure, if you want to have to get them back down in a month!

Yes on pants. Maternity shirts are too obvious since they would accentuate the blump. This is my second pregnancy and I am showing much sooner. Trying to go until 2nd tri to tell cowrkers. I bought maternity leggings this weekend. They are a piece of heaven.
Not yet! I hope I can get away with summer dresses during the summer and start buying maternity clothes in the fall. I still can get into most of my regular clothes.

I wear mostly dresses in the summer because pants are just too hot for me. Hopefully I can make it thru the end of the summer w/o needing to buy anything. My blump is getting noticeable in my dresses. I didn't buy an maternity clothes the 1st time around. Just a few larger shirts/sweaters.
My pants still fit great first thing in the morning. As the day goes on and the bloat sets in they start to feel tighter and tighter. Haven't needed maternity clothes yet but dresses are definitely more comfortable. This is my third pregnancy.
