Baking cookies for DH's birthday, listening to him bitch about his video game is "SOO UNFAIR". I would LOVE to hear what you think of the movie! I LOVE Wes Anderson's works! Life Aquatic 4 Life!!!
Finally got over caring about being a whale in a swimsuit, so DH and I went to the gym and swam laps. It was wonderful and better than I could have ever imagined, and it think the rest of my summer will now be spent in a pool.
My son and I just got home from spending the day with family because my sister and her kids go back to Arizona tomorrow after being here a whole month. And while we were at my parent's house my sister, dad, and I made massive amounts of freezer meals for me to stock our house with before baby gets here. Now I am wallowing in the sadness of her leaving
Absolutely nothing. First weekend we have had nothing to do for the past month. I was lazy allll day and ate ALL the food. Literally. I didn't feel great yesterday and was nauseous, so I made up for it today
Currently sitting on my couch eating Orange Leaf banana yogurt with mini chocolate chips and watching tv with SO & the pup. I wish everyday could be like this
Hubby and I went to see Transformers. Mark Wahlberg is freaking SEXY. Then we went to his moms and talked to her for a few hours. Now I'm laying in bed nervous about my shower tomorrow!
Laid up in the hospital. I should get to go home tomorrow, but who knows when LO will be able to leave. It breaks my heart to leave her here, but I've got no choice. She's in good hands and I'm so thankful we chose this hospital.
@stoofewok Doctor Who is my fav! Are you starting with the 2005 episodes? If so, fair warning -- the first few are REALLY hokey...but keep going, trust me!
I went and got a birth ball and target and had to return it for a bigger one. Right now I'm watching me some Sherlock, waiting for BF to get home from work

haha H and I were just saying that to each other. We liked the show Eureka on the SciFi channel though and we were comparing it to that, so it's not so bad. I figure it has to get a lot better and less hokey if there are so many fans of the show! We'll keep watching. We're on episode 2 of the 2005 episodes.
Funny that you're watching Sherlock...we were debating starting that series too, but went with Dr. Who (obv.).

Sherlock is my favorite show of all time, strongly recommend if you need a break from Doctor Who. Hooray for more Sherlock fans!
I got on my computer to check our budget after buying a grill this afternoon and ended up staying up daydreaming about Disney vacations online. Tomorrow is going to hurt, especially if DD continues her streak of 5:30am wakeups!
As usual I cant sleep. The medicine they have me on to keep the fluid off my heart/lungs makes me have to pee every 5sec. IMO this is cruel and unusual punishment for any pregnant woman, but if it means I dont go into heart failure then I guess I dont need to sleep. I have been reading that if I have to stay on the medicine after I give birth it may effect my ability to breastfeed... So now Im a little disappointed because MFM said I would be on it for a couple weeks afterward. Trying to do research, but not finding much.
Yesterday we BOUGHT A CAR!! We pick it up Thursday morning (as Tuesday is Canada day so it's pushed back). We're trading in my 2004 Elantra for a spiffy 2013 Santa Fe I'm so freaking excited! No more screaming tires when I accelerate, no more windy/noisy windows from shredded weather stripping, bye bye rusted up exterior, syanora random clunking when turning the wheel!
Otherwise we hosted BIL & SIL (her baby is during 4 weeks!) for dinner. Today will be full of random errands & emptying out all the accumulated stuff in my car.
Relaxing over (decaf) coffee right now and catching up on my internets We spent last night at our friends' house in CT. They have 18 month old twin daughters, so it was a very high energy night/morning!
Got back to wisconsin from visiting my extended family in Michigan this afternoon. FI and I both slept like crap last night so we spent several hours lying on the couch watching "My cat from hell" before goingout to dinner with my parents. Now I'm laying around working up the motivation to read.. Or I may just go to bed soon..
