Hcg level @ 6weeks

I am 6 weeks 5 days pregnant, I had a blood test yesterday to check the hcg level, and it is 133,000. Is this normal? My doctor asked me to have an ultrasound as she doubted that I might be having a wrong LMP and it could be at least 7 weeks or longer. I am pretty sure my record of my last period is correct as I mark it every month on my calendar. I don't want the ultrasound now especially the transvaginal one. I had a miscarriage 2 years ago (at around 8 weeks), I had two times transvaginal ultrasound and I highly doubted that it had sort of connection to the miscarriage even though everyone told me the ultrasound is safe. There maybe some complications but I am really worried about doing the ultrasound that earlier. What can I do? Thank you.

If your doctor is worried, I would have the u/s done. You won't be able to correctly date the pregnancy or tell if anything could possibly be wrong without one. The pregnancy is way too early to use a Doppler. You can request a trans abdominal but it may not provide a clear enough picture this early.

I know your miscarriage has you scared, but the transvaginal u/s is safe and it is highly unlikely that it caused it.
