Luke is a solid original name, it was used for thousands of yrs, and still will be. Liam is a bit more trendy and doesn't appeal to my ears as much lol, if that makes sense.

Like both a lot but Liam won for me despite the trendiness. If it was Lucas, NN Luke, I would have picked that though. But you can't go wrong either way!

This LO is Samuel Luke but he will go by Luke so that's my obvious pick. I also really like Liam but it's pretty popular lately.

I love the name Liam, but it seems like every other boy today is named Liam so I voted for Luke. I also suggested Lucas to DH when we were picking out names, but he wasn't sold on it.
