I had my monthly weigh in today...so happy! Since having the baby, I'm down 5% body fat and a total of 7 inches! In that time, I have gone from a size 20 to a size 14. To put in some perspective, though, I have only lost 5 lbs, proving that the numbers on the scale are not the end-all be-all.
With the changes to my diet (clean eating) and my fitbit I've lost a pound and finally broke into a goal weight category. The best part is with the diet changes my supply hasn't tanked!
The scale is finally moving for me! I'm down 4 lbs now and my clothes are fitting better. I bought a jacket in May and it was tight to zip up and uncomfortable to sit in. I refused to buy the next size up though, and now it zips easily and I don't even notice it when I'm sitting down! Woohoo!
I've slacked off with my intensity and a bit with frequency, and combined w indulging in birthday cake and beer, I gained about 2 lbs. Stepping on the scale confirmed what I was already seeing and feeling. Going at it hard core now... well after the beer and donuts on the boardwalk tonight
I was up 3 pounds on Monday. The last two days I have done really well with tracking. Tuesday I also worked out and i am going to the gym again today. I weigh in again Saturday so I'm really trying to stay focused.
I took someone's advice on here and upped the amount of water I was drinking and the few pounds I have been struggling with came off! Now I am back on track for losing the rest.
I have reached my goal weight! It totally surprised me since it was a sudden bigger drop this past week. I almost don't believe it. I think a major help has been having our French student visitor around. I'm trying to make a good impression that Americans can eat healthy foods and reasonable portions, so I've been cooking healthy, eating less and limiting snacks even more than before. I really haven't been to the gym much because I've been studying, but I know I will need to get back in gear to maintain and maybe lose a bit more to get well within the "normal" BMI range rather than hovering at the top.

The scale hasn't really budged the last week or two I've been back on the wagon. I've been hitting the gym almost every day, but I really have to clean up my eating again. I've gotten into the bad habit of picking up fast food before I head in to work (recently starting waiting tables 3 nights a week). I'm going to meal plan tomorrow and go to the grocery so I stop doing that.

So proud of all of you and I really appreciate these check-ins for keeping myself motivated!
I'm not working out, tracking my nutrition, nor weighing while on vacation; however, my clothes fit perfectly, I'm conscience of fueling my body properly (and still having that frozen margarita from time to time!), sleeping 8+ hours, and staying active chasing my kids around. I'm actually looking forward to getting home and getting back to running 3+ miles on cool, foggy mornings.
Re: Weight loss ladies! (6/26)
I'm loving it!

This is something I really need to work on!
@Magentawarped that is awesome news!
I lost a pound since Monday, but some of that was water retention. At least it's down again.
