Brian or Bryan?

It's a beautiful name and I lean more towards the Brian spelling, but Bryan is a great spelling also...think Bryan Adams! Just wondering your opinions of which one you prefer.

Also, isn't Brian Patrick/Bryan Patrick an absolutely gorgeous name?!?!

Maybe I'm going dyslexic, but Brian looks like Brain to me. I prefer Bryan.

I prefer Bryan but really no idea why...maybe because all the Bryans I know spell it with a y. I like Bryan Patrick a lot.

I prefer it with an I.

Bryan with a Y is a very common variant, so it's not too bad, but I still think it looks a little youneek.

DH is Brian and I have an uncle named Bryan. I prefer the Brian spelling and that's how most people spell it when he gives his name (like at restaurants/Starbucks, etc).
