I went to a baby shower today and every woman that I spoke to that recently had a baby had something negative to say about their appearance, myself included. Normally, I'm pretty confident in my looks, but I haven't shaken the self deprecating mommy talk. I see it happen here too, so.... Even though I know we're not supposed to, and it looks like you're vain, yada, yada... Post about your personal favorite physical attribute. Being smart, happy, or giving doesn't matter now. Tell everyone how hot you are!!!! <:-P

This is a great thread. I have always disliked my physical looks because I have been obese except for the last few years, but now am gaining weight again and need to nip it in the bud. Though, I have always loved my intelligence and intellect.
Since I can't take a picture of those, I guess I will show a picture of my eyes that everyone seems to comment on.
I have always tried to think positively about myself. I would say my best feature is my legs.
As I take photos for a living, it makes me sad when I hear people (or even worse, children!) say something negative about their physical appearance. No one should ever feel that way.
I've struggled with body image issues and obesity my whole life - pregnancy is porbably the one time I DON'T give myself a hard time about my weight. For some reason, my body / metabolism really LIKE being pregnant... I tend to look more toned, i don't gain much weight, etc. So usually I feel great about my body while pregnant and right now is no exception!
I'm going to say my legs and my lips. I feel most attractive in a short skirt when my lips are just shiny. I'm the one all the way on the right in the group picture.
Oh man, I really needed this tonight. I just got back from dinner with a friend who I haven't seen in many years and...
Me: Oh my gosh, you look exactly the same!
Her: Thanks!
(weird silence)
Me: I know, I'm huge.
Her: You're not huuuge......
(weird silence)
Then she not-so-smoothly mentioned things I could do for exercise and suggested I go walking up steep hills with her so I could 'really break a sweat'. Argh. I'm not a twenty-something year old waif anymore, but I'm not huge. I could kick myself for saying that. I don't know why my default setting is to say something bad about myself. I've gotta nip that in the bud pronto before I pass it on to B.
Sorry for the vent - I have great legs! Here's a pin-upy-kiss-my-butt kinda picture featuring said gams

I have a pretty flat stomach and slender waist after having two children and never doing any exercises for it or diets. I also have a very fast metabolism so I basically have been around the same size since high school.

While I have a little more fat than what I would ideally like on me right now, I've always loved that I have an athletic build. I'm not a twig, I don't have curves but damn do I have muscles. I'm proud of that. I'm also going to say my smile. It's big but so is my personality.

Those are some sultry 1930's movie star eyes!
You are very sweet. Thank you girly! You look great all around
Loving this thread! It's nice to be proud of our hot selves!
I would have to say my baby blues or my arms that are slowly regaining their pre children definition this photo is from today with Casey passed out at the baseball game
I have to say that even before this thread, I always felt like this was a board of very beautiful women -- inside and out. I try to keep the perspective that our bodies created a human and that is no small feat! Makes us even more beautiful!
