I feel like someone has hit me in the crotch with a hammer.

Ughh. For the past week it literally feels like someone has taken a hammer and hit me in the vagina. It hurts even more when I run or do anything active, or pick up my son. I don't remember this happening this early with him, but have read that it's normal? It sucks though. I can't imagine how painful this is going to  be as the baby gets bigger. Anyone else dealing with this?

Yes, but mine isn't as bad as yours but it still hurts and throbs sometimes.

I have had some pain but not as much as you have @Ineedmorecoffee‌. Mine feels more like my pelvic area is swollen.

I always got really bad pelvic pain while pregnant. Last 2 times it was later on in late 20s early 30 weeks but mine started last week. It hurts all the time, I just know it's gonna get worse.
