I read in a book that if you're having really bad m/s you should eat what appeals to you. I've found, too, that if I eat a little bit of something that is appealing to me then I am able to eat other things right afterwards. So maybe you could have a few potato chips...but then follow it with an apple.
Nothing sounded good to me today except a bowl of cheerios. So I ate that for breakfast. When lunch came around, the only thing that appealed to me was triscuits and easy cheese. Dinner was another bowl of cheerios. Not the most glamorous/nutritious meals, but it beats the hell out of feeling nauseous because I didn't eat. Eat the junk- your stomach will come around.
Eat what you can. That's what I'm doing, and even though I feel guilty about it, I know it's the best I can do right now. I can't keep anything down until about 4 pm and then I'm starving, but only for things like pizza.
Re: What do you think is better?
If you are having trouble keeping anything down - eat what ever you can! Make sure you are drinking plenty of liquids, too.
Hope ya feel better soon!
Junk food.
If that's all you can eat -- just eat what you can.
If it makes you feel better - you can try drinking some fruit & veggie juice like V8 Fusion to get your fruits & veggies in there nice and easy.
