home made mum mums?

Anyone ever made homemade mum mums? I was looking for something like that that LO could use for self feeding but mum mums themselves say they may contain traces of milk so I don't want to use them.

    @thankfulforwine - try the toddler mum mums, they don't have the milk warning listed.  DS hasn't had any problems checking, etc.
