I just got back from my 20wk u/s and was told I have placenta previa and I am freaking out. has any one had this?

I had partial previa. We are still waiting to see if it is going to move or not. If it doesn't move, it's not a huge deal, just means a c-section. There is chance of heavy bleeding, but they will most likely schedule the c-section early enough so that doesn't happen. Hopefully yours moves! GL.

I had it with ds. I went back for an u/s at 28 wks, by then it had moved. I had a vaginal birth. I worried about it to but at some point you have to think is all that matters about my birth is that the baby is born safely, anyway that happens.

I have it now at 15-16 weeks. Spotting off and on since 13 weeks and have been on bed rest since. Hoping it moves up and spotting stops!
