Fibroids and pregnancy

Hey everyone, I am new here. I wanted to get some POVs on my current situation. I am 5W2D pregnant with my first child. I started cramping (moderate) early this past Wednesday 4W6D that lasted a got hour and soon after a visit to the bathroom I noticed pinkish blood after wiping. Then an hour later blood was red. Called my md she didn't seem overly concern and asked that I monitor things for the next few days and call back if bleeding & cramps become excessive. Then later that evening I noticed brownish blood after wiping. Next day, still had mild cramps sitting at my desk at the office all day but no blood. Today, I had a sneezing bout while in bed and I immediately felt the pressure hit on my uterus. Right after I went to the bathroom, and again spotting (very little) pinkish-red blood after I wipe. I've been reading excessively since the first episode and I think the pressure/cramps & bleeding might be related to my fibroids? I have 4 fibroids, the largest one was 5x5 4 months ago. But I have read they grow rapidly when pregnant, and I can easily feel the large one on my right side. Anyone ever been pregnant with fibroids causing issues? What can be done? I'm very worried. My 1st u/s is in 2 weeks, and that day can't come soon enough.

I had a large fibroid during my 1st pregnancy, and I was told it would probably come back during this one. I didn't cause any major issues during pregnancy. It did get so huge that it contributed to DD not dropping and me getting a c-section, but other than that, it was just a pain (literally) in the side.
