At 22 weeks baby A is three weeks behind his brother in weight

I went to my anatomy scan a week ago to see the genders of the babies (I'm having twin boys). While I was there for almost three hours, they told me my doctor would call me the next day. I got the call and she told me that one of the babies is measuring 3 weeks behind his brother but only in weight. All the organs and everything seem to be developing fine but he's just really small. She said that it could be a chromosome thing, that he may not grow any more, or I might just have to get put on bed rest. My husband and I are going to see a high risk doctor tuesday for another ultrasound. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and what happened, worries, everything. I don't really know what to think and I could really use the advice.
