Hi all - my husband and I took a dim sum class the other night. We made steamed pork dumplings and I had one or two bites and noticed the pork had a slight pink hue (even though I had my husband overcook it). Now I'm terrified of toxoplasmosis, especially considering how devastating it can be. Yes, I've called the doctor but they tend to take a few days to respond to non-emergencies. Has anyone had similar experiences with dim sum? I should note I'm 12 weeks pregnant.
