s/o entertaining the kids

Do you usually do these things with just your kids, with a mom friend and her kids, or with a moms' group?  I always see groups at the zoo and it looks fun, but I hate going places with the moms' group because 20 people end up going and it's just too busy that way.  Is it better by yourself or with a group?

    I prefer to go with just my kids or with 1 friend. I hate going places like that in a big group.

    If we were to do a "group" outing I would much rather go with a friend or two and their kids. I also like doing things with just DS. With that said I am not involved in a moms group or anything like that. Doing things in big groups drives me crazy and isn't as fun for me. Too many people and I just get annoyed.
