I finally discovered a toilet paper that was nice and soft and comfy for wiping 800 times a day...Quilted Northern. We ran out and I asked DH to get another pack...he got Quilted Northern, but this "batch" is like sandpaper! WTF. I cannot be wiping my hoo-ha with this sub-par TP.
I ran out of veggies for dinner and we only have one car (which DH has) and I'm not in walking distance of the grocery store. Looks like we're eating out tonight.
I ran out of watermelon and I have to wait for my dh to wake up to go get me more from the store.....I just ate a gallon ziploc bag full this morning but it's just not enough.
I woke up to YDS in a pile of his own poop this morning. Not crying, just kind of sitting there all pitiful. He took his diaper off some time in the middle of the night and got happy I guess. Oh well. He's all bathed now and squeaky clean.
I want Starbucks but I don't want to go get it myself even though it is only 10 minutes away. There isn't even someone I can pay to go get it for me. (

Did he get a different kind of Quilted Northern than you had the first time?
Quilted Northern Ultra Plush is one of the few things we are super brand loyal about in our house.
We had already thrown out the first package, but I will bet that's what it was! I'm just sayin, there should be a law against advertising things as "quilted" that are clearly not quilted. Assholes.
When we were flying home from Seattle back in March I got a bag of 'Fruit 'n Yogurt' bites from Welches as a snack at the airport. They were so good that I've been hunting every store I can think of for them in the 2 months since... I have not found them. I may have cried about it. More than once.

I really want doughnuts and coffee this morning, but none of the doughnut shops near me have a drive thru. This means that I would have to take DS out of his car seat and tote him in with me. I just don't have the energy this morning. I could go to Starbucks for coffee, but then I will be stuck in the drive thru for 30 min with every other mom.
I feel like all the bloggers I used to enjoy/follow (pregnancy/mom blogs) just abandon their blogs once they have their kids or whatever. I mean totally understandable, I wouldn't have time to blog either, but gosh darnit I feel like I'm always left hanging and want updates.

And while I'm at it I've got another FWP: We went to my in-laws on memorial day, and I was really bummed their new pontoon boat wasn't ready yet so I have to wait a few more weeks to go float on it.
Today is going to be one of those days that the AC in my car will be too cold, but if I have my windows down/ vent on my hair will get super frizzy...I should probably just call out sick and not go to work. That is the only viable solution.
I took a dollar away from a student who refused to stop playing with it in class. Now I can't remember who the student was to return it. So I have a dollar I can't give back and can't keep.
The last day of school is Friday, so we are watching movies on the smart board and cleaning. My laptop has to be hooked up to the smart board, forcing me to bump from my phone. It took the awards thread 10 minutes to load. The horrrrror

The seed and sod was finally installed at our house. We have rigged up a watering system with 4 hoses and sprinklers, but I still have to walk out there to move the things around to get it all. And inevitably, I shoot myself in the face EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I need to take my dogs for a walk but I don't want to walk up the stairs in my 2 story house to get a bra before going outside (and I definitely need a bra these days with my pregnant jugs).
I went to the store last night to get lunch stuff for the rest of the week and they were out of the pre-cut cellery. I am now forced to cut my own......
We've been living with my parents for the past five weeks. My parents are super awesome and will NOT let us pay for any groceries. So now my kroger plus card has no fuel points on it and we have to pay full price for gas.

Have I mentioned that I love you but you suck. Our last day is June 26th - 4.5 weeks. And I have a talent show and two graduations to put on in the meantime. (Although I've decided that I'm done "teaching" after this week. Other than the performances, it's all movies, computer lab music games, and singing karaoke from here on out).
I FINALLY convinced DH to buy a sleep number bed. We even got the King size one. Now I have to figure out how I'm supposed to get it to fit in our bedroom sine DH decided he needed his desk and computer in there as well.

My town of 85k people FINALLY opened a drive-thru coffee shop. Finally! I was always going through McDonald's cuz it was the only place to get coffee without having to get DS out.
My mom is staying with DH to help me recover from my c-section. She liked my text tone so much that she changed it to be the same on her phone. Now I go to check my phone sometimes and realize that I wasn't the one that got texted.
My parents just got iPhones. My dad gets up to check the door every time my mom's doorbell text alert goes off. Then he gets mad because no one is there. It's so awesome & it makes me laugh!
Re: 05/28 First World Problem Wednesday
I think this qualifies -
I have work to do but I desperately NEED to keep stalking the Bumpie Awards Thread.
What to do....what to do.....

my mom was nice enough to get some stuff for us at the grocery store after she dropped DS off at school. on the list was "something chocolate" for me.
she is now back and downstairs, but i am upstairs in my office, and WAY too comfortable to walk ALL THE WAY down and get it...
my house is not big.
ETA: SO worth the trip down. she got me dark chocolate covered almonds from TJ'S - that woman is a saint!

The mental image of you dragging a 3 foot tall plant around made me cackle.
I'm sorry, I have a very weird sense of humor. ">
It is awkward enough I think I need help getting it into my office. It was a rather odd gift choice IMO.

my problem is that I'm not even kidding.
