Reflux babies

For those who are on meds for reflux...what do you do if they spit up after the meds? Do you give it again...don't give it and hope that some got injested? DS is taking Zantac...how long before you saw a change? Was there a change in spitting up or just in their discomfort?

DS is on zegerid, and if he spits it up we don't give it to him again. We started seeing a change a few days after upping his dose to half a packet, twice a day. He has basically stopped spitting up and the discomfort seems to be gone. It was amazing, feedings are light years better! Good luck, hope the zantac works for you!
