Bladder spasms?

I had a Dr's appointment Monday of this week and I asked about this sharp pain I'm sometimes getting when I use the bathroom.  It hurts badly enough to knock the wind out of me at times and make me scared something is wrong.  It happens more at work or first thing in the morning when I've been holding it for awhile.  The doctor said it was probably bladder spasms and nothing to worry about, since urine tests all came back good.  He seemed pretty dismissive of it.  There are several doctors at the practice I go to and this is my first time seeing that one.  Is anyone else having this experience?

I get those when I'm not pregnant. Feels like I have a beeper vibrating in there. Pop, fruit juices, and caffeine are irritants to mine. Alcohol too. I tried the lemon water diet and lost 5 lbs in a week. Then the next week my bladder was going crazy. So mad!!!

I have a bit of pain down there whenever I have to pee. At first it was only when I had to go a lot like first thing in the morning but now it's every time
