I don't have it yet, but I'm sure I will, so what is or was your go-to Morning Sickness remedy?

    Can I say all of the above?  I've used Psi/sea bands, ginger ale, crackers, lemonade, mints, eating several small meals.  Using a combination helps keep it under control.

    I would say a mix of the above in addition to getting out for some fresh air and lots of rest.  For me, ginger beer (it's non-alcoholic) worked well as did sparkling water and small meals in the evening (when m/s was worse for me) that were mostly neutral, like air-popped popcorn, some apple slices and cheese, daily walks at a leisurely pace and tons of rest.

    I found that hot foods were the worse for my stomach (temperature-wise and spice-wise), so on extra nauseous evenings I made myself a berry smoothie and just worked my way through it slowly.

    My nausea bout was really short - only about 2 weeks, so this is just what worked for me.  If it  had been much worse or for longer periods of time, I would've talked to my doctor about getting on some medication for it.

  • my main go-to with DS was sour jolly ranchers, but eating small snacks frequently helped as well, especially ginger cookies.

    I'm with you on the bolded.  This is why I am taking Zofran even though it gives me horrible constipation (thus taking with Colace and Miralax).  It was definitely a last resort for me.

  • I put medicine since I credit Zofran for keeping me from puking every day.  However, sea bands and nibbling on things like fruit, cheese, and crackers helped me feel sort of ok.  Sometimes.  Or I should say kept me functioning instead of a crying mess of doom on the floor every day.

  • I loved preggie pops but it also helped to have DH bring me a carby/ bready breakfast in bed. I couldn't even sit up without puking so DH would bring me food and I would literally eat it laying down until I had the energy to sit up and hopefully not throw up.

  • I've noticed hot tea helps for me. Weird. Noy sure if it's because the little bit of caffeine helps or what. And always eating small meals.

  • What worked was sort of a moving target for me.  And I use the word "worked" lightly; more like, stayed down.  The things I tried that weren't on the list above and had some success with were: regular Coke and saltines, and keeping a tissue with a few drops of essential oils in a baggie in my purse (for when I was out in public and smelling all the smells was killing me).  Sniffing a little baggie probably looked weird, but was better than throwing up in public.  But, if you're going to throw up in public or the car and can't reach a bathroom, I found that the doggie poop pick up bags with tie handles work great.  ;)
