Affordable venues for baby shower?

I am helping with the planning of my own baby shower and need to find a place to host it. I am hoping for a venue with an outdoor garden or river view for an afternoon laid-back baby shower. Also can anyone recommend an affordable catering and cake service? I'm new to Cincy and most of my friends don't have kids. Thanks for any recommendations!
