Lovenox last PG, only baby aspirin this PG?

My last PG dr had me take lovenox injections due to MTHFR. This time, he said I'll be fine with just baby aspirin. The difference: last time I had a massive blood clot and bled for a month; that's when we did the blood work and realized I had MTHFR. This time, I've not had any bleeding and several US with no evidence of clots. Is this normal to switch meds? I'm assuming its due to the fact that I had the blood clot and lovenox was for that. Thanks!
